Refund and Cancellation Policy
La Belle Vivienne values your time and the trust you place in our master stylist for your appointments. We are committed to providing an exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, but strive to address any concerns or issues promptly to make sure each guest receives a quality experience.
To effectively manage the schedule and accommodate all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice prior to any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show, resulting in a fee of 50% of the service cost. The required deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited. Furthermore, to ensure every guest receives the highest quality service and out of respect for all scheduled appointments, guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and asked to reschedule. Unfortunately, I am unable to shorten or rush services without impacting the experience of other guests.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service at our discretion at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, scheduling concerns, inappropriate behavior, or any circumstances that may affect the safety, quality, or comfort of the service environment.
All deposits are required to secure an appointment and are non-refundable. In the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or refusal of service in accordance with this policy, the deposit may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time.
